- Tuesday, October 2: Convention & Expo Opening Day
- Wednesday, October 3: Broker Day, sponsored by Virginia Managers Council
- Thursday, October 4: Rookie Day
- Registration Information: You can choose from several registration options, including one-day passes for Broker Day or Rookie Day. Do you prefer a paper registration form (PDF)?
- Hotel Accommodations: The deadline for discounted hotel rooms has been extended until Friday, September 7. Rooms at the Williamsburg Lodge are SOLD OUT, but a few rooms remain at the Woodlands Hotel & Suites. A free shuttle service will run between these properties for the duration of the Convention & Expo.
- Our host resort: Beautifully renovated in 2007, the Williamsburg Lodge is just steps away from Colonial Williamsburg. Free Wi-Fi Internet access in all guest and meeting rooms.
- Attire: Business casual is recommended for all meetings and education sessions. The attire for the Wednesday Inaugural Evening honoring 2008 VAR President Pat Jensen is casual cocktail.
